Li-Fi is a bidirectional, high speed and fully networked wireless communication technology similar to Wi-Fi. Coined by Prof. Harald Haas, Li-Fi is a subset of optical wireless communications (OWC) and can be a complement to RF communication (Wi-Fi or Cellular network), or a replacement in contexts of data broadcasting*.

 

Also #LiFi is mix between words „Wi-Fi” - wireless internet connection, and Life. Mix of these three meaning gives big opportunity to create. Started new way of thinking about life, existance, nature. We are always on-line, even if we trying to deny, internet connection is always around us.

 

That project is multivariate (education, artistic and society action) action which will happen in Bulgaria.Project #LiFi is a step forward to understand our cyber - real life. It is way of thinking – who am I now. During Stage Performance, Artistic Actions and Workshops about cyber-space, we would love share our idea about modern life. That cyber space it is not something separately from real, it is next step of evolution and it is our responsibility to use it in good way.
